Start in Arusha, visit a traditional Maasai boma, hike at Olemagrut with beautiful views over the Crater Highlands, explore the famous Ngorongoro Crater and finish in Tarangire National Park.
It is a short safari, but full of unforgettable moments. If you wish, we can extend your trip to Zanzibar afterwards.

- DAY1
Arrival: Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania. Your Wildecho Exped driver will be waiting at the airport with a sign bearing your name and will take you to your hotel in Arusha to relax. In the evening, your guide gives you a short briefing about the safari ahead. Enjoy the pool, garden, bar and restaurant.

Maasai boma & Olemagrut hike
After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way, stop at a Maasai boma to learn about Maasai culture, homes and way of life. Then start a 4-hour hike at Olemagrut through green hills, forest and open viewpoints over the Crater Highlands. It is quiet and fresh, and full of birds and wildlife. Arrive at camp in the evening.

Full day in the Ngorongoro Crater
After an early breakfast, descend to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater, the world's largest unbroken caldera. Look for black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos and flamingos at Lake Magadi. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, then continue your game drive before returning to camp in the late afternoon.

Tarangire National Park to Arusha
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and giant baobab trees. You will also see lions, buffalo, zebras, giraffes and warthogs. It is a great place for a final game drive and photography. Drive back to Arusha in the afternoon.

Departure: Kilimanjaro Airport
After breakfast, we transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight. If you would like to continue to Zanzibar, just tell us and we will arrange everything.
5-day Serengeti flying safari
Fly straight into the Serengeti, spend two days with the big cats, then float over the plains in a hot air balloon at sunrise.
6-day Ndutu calving season safari
Timed for the calving season: thousands of wildebeest calves are born at Ndutu, and the big cats are never far away.
